Supplier - Travel Expo Additional Info

We will have a central charging station available for laptops on the day. However, if you require power at your setup, please let us know in advance. While we can’t guarantee availability, we will certainly do our best to accommodate.

Marketing

To help with our marketing and to streamline our workload ahead of the expo, would you be able to share any marketing portal links with us? This would allow us to access logos, latest deals, and any relevant promotional materials. If you don't have a portal your welcome to email this directly to us

Brochures

As you know, with brochure orders we often receive only a small quantity of each, and they are usually distributed within the office quite quickly. Could we please request that each supplier brings sufficient brochures to cover the event and attendees on the day?

Expo Showbags

We will be providing Expo bags to the first 100 guests through the doors. Would you be interested in including any branded items in these bags? We are happy to spread items across the bags, so you would not need to supply 100 pieces but at least a min of 20

Expo Deals

If you’re able to provide an expo-only deal or exclusive discount, could you please include the details below? We will be compiling all offers into a booklet featuring our expo deals.

Bookings

During the expo we will have three agents available to make on-the-day bookings. These bookings will attract additional discounts or incentives for guests who book and pay a deposit on the spot. If our agents are busy, would you be able to assist by processing a booking on our behalf?
